How can I get a personal invitation?
Only some of our members receive the opportunity to invite others based on specific profile requirements (age, gender, place of residence, etc.). If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email with the promotion details.
How many friends can I invite?
You can invite as many friends as you want, but you’ll only receive extra Korus for the first 5 friends who register correctly and on time. Make sure they meet all the requirements!
What does my friend need to do after being invited?
For the registration to be considered valid and for you to receive the Korus you’re eligible for, your friend must meet the conditions specified in the promotional email.
How long can I invite my friends?
Your personal invitation link will be valid until the date specified in the email. After this date, the link will expire, and you’ll need to wait for future campaigns to invite more friends. Remember, you’ll only receive extra Korus if your friends meet the conditions specified in the promotional email before this date.
Can I invite friends from other countries?
Our invitation campaigns are country- and time-specific. If you’ve received an invitation, you should share it only with people from your country of residence. Otherwise, if the campaign conditions aren’t met, you won’t be credited with Korus for that friend’s registration, even if they meet the conditions specified in the promotional email.
Can I post my personal invitation link anywhere?
We value that you invite people you trust, as we aim to grow our community with members like you who participate in all surveys with attention and honesty. You can share your link via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other social networks, but please keep this in mind.
What if the personal invitation link doesn’t work?
The promotions to invite friends or family to join Nicequest are exclusive and valid for a limited time only. If the link you sent to your friends or family doesn’t work, it might have expired because the promotion is no longer available. Please check the date in the email we sent you. If the promotion is still active and you continue having issues, please contact us through the contact form.
How do I know how many of my friends registered correctly?
For privacy reasons, we can’t provide detailed information about whether your friends have registered correctly or met the conditions specified in the promotional email. However, your friends can log into their account and write to us via our contact form so we can verify their status and provide them with more details.
When will I receive my extra Korus?
As soon as your invited friends meet the conditions specified in the promotional email, we’ll notify you of the extra Korus we’ll add to your account. These will be credited within the next 5 business days after the current campaign ends.
What should I do if I didn’t receive the Korus I expected?
If you expected more Korus than you received, it’s possible that your friends didn’t meet the conditions specified in the promotional email, that the link wasn’t shared correctly, or that there was a technical error during registration. However, if you genuinely believe there was a mistake, your friends should log into their account and write to us via the contact form so we can verify their status.
