To answer a survey, just click on the "Start survey" button. To access your surveys and activities: Log in > Account > Surveys. Remember that whenever there is an activity available to you, we will notify you via email* and / or through the app, so you don't miss the opportunity to get more Korus.

All surveys can be answered from your smartphone, except for some that have been programmed by our clients. We will always notify you when they are not compatible with mobile devices.

You don't have to answer all the activities we send you: your participation is voluntary. If you ever encounter a question that you would rather not answer or an issue that bothers you, you are always free to leave the surveys.

We love having you take part, so you will continue to receive email invitations to those Nicequest activities that fit your profile.

* If you think you aren't receiving emails from Nicequest, please check they haven't arrived in your SPAM or junk folder, or in the notifications or promotions tabs (if you use Gmail).
