Most of the time, your Korus are added to your account right after you finish a survey. However, occasionally, due to small connection glitches, internal processes, or even survey quality audits, the system might take a bit longer to register them.
What Can You Expect?
If your Korus don't appear immediately, don't worry. It's highly probable you'll receive them in the coming weeks. We'll take care of monitoring it, and as soon as they're added to your account, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know.
