You can check if Thea is working from your Account, in the Thea section.
If it appears as "In process", it means it is being set up. Within a maximum period of 24 hours, it will appear as “Active”. If it appears as "Active", it means that you are sending data correctly. If it appears as “Inactive *”, it means that you're not sending data correctly (eg. you did not use the device for a few days or that Thea was not set up correctly).
* Remember that whenever Thea is "Inactive" for a few days on one of your devices we will notify you by email so you can reactivate it.
