How do I redeem Korus for gifts? – Help Center

To redeem your Korus for a gift in the Nicequest shop, follow these steps:

Log in and choose the gift you want to order. Make sure you have enough Korus for that gift.
Click on the gift and click on the "Redeem" button.
Fill in the form with your order details, including your delivery address and personal details, and click on the "Continue" button.
Verify the shipping details of your order and click on the "Finish" button.
Confirm the order by following the instructions in the email we send you. Remember that the order will not be processed until it is confirmed, and after 4 hours it will be automatically cancelled if this action has not been taken.

Once the redemption has been confirmed, the corresponding Korus will be automatically deducted and you will be able to see your order in your order history. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation and order number.

We will deliver your gift within 4 weeks.
