All products in the Nicequest store come with the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and possible breakdowns during the warranty period. However, the warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by the passage of time or the misuse of the gift.

To use the warranty, write to us using the contact form and attach a photograph or video showing where the product is damaged. Once these damages are evaluated, we will let you know the next steps.
