To allocate your Korus to charitable campaigns, please follow these steps:
- Log in and choose the campaign you would like to contribute to. Make sure you have enough Korus for that project.
- Click on the campaign and click on the "Donate" button.
- Verify the order details and click on the "Finish" button.
- Confirm the order by following the instructions in the email we send you. Remember that the order will not be processed until it is confirmed, and after 4 hours it will be automatically cancelled if this action has not been taken.
Once the exchange has been confirmed, the corresponding Korus will be automatically deducted and you will be able to see it in your order history. You will also receive an email with the confirmation of your donation.
When you go to exchange your Korus for a gift from the store, you will see an option to allocate 1 Korus to a charitable cause. For more details check this article on our blog.
