6. Change "Apps not optimized" to "All".

7. Search for the Nicequest app and turn OFF battery usage optimization.

 

Huawei

1. Enter Settings.

2. Select Battery.

3. Select Applications Start.

4. Search for the Nicequest app and activate it to Manage manually.

5. Make sure the Auto start and Run in background options are ON.

 

Xiaomi

1. Enter Settings.

2. Select Manage Applications.

3. Search for the Nicequest app.

4. Activate the Automatic start option.

5. In Battery Saver, check the Unrestricted option.

 

Other devices

Make sure these options are always enabled on your device:

- Background activity: allows the Nicequest app to work even when your device's screen is off.

- Automatic start/Auto-start: allows the Nicequest app to work automatically when you turn on your device.
