If you aren't going to be in at the time of delivery, another person can receive the order for you (as long as they are of legal age and have official identification).

In case the delivery cannot be made, and after the courier has tried to deliver your gift several times, your order will be taken to the collection point / warehouse closest to you. If you don't pick up the gift it will be returned and we will add the Korus back into your Nicequest account.

Please bear in mind that the delivery times of the courier are subject to the city of destination and the route, so it's not possible to ensure the exact day and time for the delivery of your gift.
